QGIS Automatization in Attribute Table

in ArcGIS there is a tool that named as "Enable Attachment". I want to apply this tool in QGIS, but my only problem is that i can't add automatically the Image type, name, and size in the attribute table.

I need someone that expertize in QGIS especially in Attribute Table using Expression Dialog.

I'll give you tips if you can done as i want?
