Python batch processing to generate GIFs in Blender from BVH motion data -- 2

I am looking for a Python developer who can create a batch processing script to generate GIFs from BVH motion data. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in the following:

2. Avatar data : Typical male/female cyborg
3. GIF resolution: The GIF files should have a low/medium resolution suitable for web use.
4. Post-processing actions: No specific actions are required after the GIFs are generated. The Python script should solely focus on generating the GIFs.
