Python Script for Instagram Close Friends Automation

I'm seeking for a developer to create a custom Python script that will automatically add my existing Instagram followers to my Close Friends list. The script should include the following features:
- Inclusive: It should add all of my current followers, without exception or selection criteria.
- Platform: The script needs to be developed in Python, as this is my preferred programming language.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
