I'm looking for an experienced developer who can execute changes on my website, which was developed using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Specifically, the project requires the addition of a new Python feature—potentially involving the creation of a simple Flask API—and an integration with a specific third-party API.

I want to add a feature to take an image from the user using an image picker, and then this image will be analyzed using Tools in Python, and the analyzing result will shown on the website.
