Python Code Review and Developer Mentoring

I'm looking for an experienced fullstack developer with good skills in Python, React, SQL, FastAPI, and app development to review and refactor existing code, focusing on improving readability and structure.

You'll provide basic mentoring to the junior developer who developed the project.

Key Tasks:
• General advice to help improve our product and ensure it is scalable and built well
• Look over the software architecture, and advise how to improve it for ease of maintenance, scalability, changes, updates, loading speed etc.
• Ensure we are following best software dev processes,
• Most importantly, avoid creating technical debt.
• Improve the security
• Improve the reliability of the software
• Ensure the software is written in a way that someone experienced in the software industry could easily come in and pick it up
• Any other improvements that someone with experience may notice that could improve our software product.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Python, with a strong emphasis on code quality.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
