Put an HTML page into a Quasar/Vue Application

I have a fairly basic HTML page that has D3js items with data coming from a Google Sheet. I would like the Google Sheets data be coming from the application rather than an external link. I would like the HTML page to work just as well inside Quasar as it works outside. Please create a separate vue page that gets injected into the app div and put the Google Sheets into a data folder. I will be converting this hard coded single researcher into a more flexible multi selection process
