Puppeteer scrape navigation menu

This is an educational task: write a puppeteer script to scrape the demo website https://www.journal-theme.com/1/ navigation dropdown menu and sub menu urls. and explain the code.
The output should be the menu links text and urls.
You can also use cheerio in the script.
Only people with experience in such tasks wil be choosen.
