Publish My Private Webpage

I have written a script to process the data from a CSV file and display diagrams. Now I am looking for someone who would help me to publish it on the intranet. We have a VM server (offline) that already has a website running on it. I need someone who knows what they are doing or who has already published a website online privately via a VM. I am sure it is a simple exercise. As I said, the script was written in JavaScript and saved in an HTML file.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with publishing private web content
- Understanding of web security measures for private pages
