Protect Nextjs API Backend

Need to protect a nextjs api backend, thus only allowing the system itself to make requests to the api and disallowing users manually visiting api routes and also disallowing the use of external calls from postman etc.

This project is on Github, I can add you and it should be easy and if you know how to do it, should only take a few hours.
