for this project, i will give you a AP project that already has a sequence, and video track with clip(s) on it ... for this first project it will be like a clip of 4 seconds
what i would like to do is to get the outer most colour from those color wheels for the two properties i mentioned
and then at each frame i would like to set a new value from that colour wheel
so in the script ... we would take like total frames to be used .... divide up the degrees on the color wheel ,
so 360 / total amount of frames ... that will give us a position of the outter most color to use (as degrees) from it ... for each frame
