Project Title: Autonomous AI Fire Detection Drone for Rapid Emergency Response(as email) using html javascript

Build a working AI image recognition system on a web site that can be accessed both on the internet and locally to actively monitor and point out possible fires and fire risks by processing video and pictures taken by an autonomous patrol drone. The drone must be capable of automated flight over a set course and return to base. The base station must be able process the pictures and/or videos to automatically detect fires and potential fire hazards and then immediately activate an alarm and send pictures and data ( time, date, location, etc ) to an email address.
