Overview

We would like to commission a study contract to propose the conversion of an iOS app into a web app. Our biggest priority is speed. We have an iOS app that is based on a 3D revolving zoomable globe (not dissimilar to Google Earth). The app displays data floating over the globe depending on the position and zoom level of the globe. If you accept to undertake the contract we can provide you with a Testflight link. We are in favour of using open-source flexible technologies such as ReactJS, WebGL, etc. We would rather avoid Flash, JAVA, Qt, or other solutions that would involve vendor lock in. We will hire 2 people to complete the study contract. The best contract, determined by decision factors below, will then be used as a job posting for the iOS to web app conversion itself.
