Programmatically query API on Proxy without getting Cloudflare 1020 API Error (403 Error)

Looking for someone who can successfully query the following API endpoint continually on a proxy, programmatically (not just entering it in your browser) and contruct the HTTPS call so that it does not result in a Cloudflare 1020 (403 Forbidden) error:
