Programmable 3D interactive house tour with Three.js /WebGL/Unity

Note that you need to show a simple demo script first to get this project. We need a 3D house tour created using scripting which allow interacting with different elements to turn on/off appliances shown. It should also allow to navigate to different rooms in the house. The movement of objects or appliances should be triggered based on some programming logic.
