PreBid Header Bidding Code Specialist

Need expert at PreBid, Header Bidding and related Third-Party bidding code for four phases:
Phase 1: Need help going through our present prebid header bidding script and update to the latest version. Our third-party ad network intergrates with several networks, including Xandr, Google ADX and Amazon.
Our present prebid is version 7.15.0. But we are also missing out on revenue as we've not totally updated to the latest specs.
Phase 2: Google Open Bidding. Once we complete the upgrade, we want to ensure we are utilize Google Open Bidding to the fullest extent.
Phase 3: Amazon Prebid integration. Ensure we are fully integrated.
Phase 4: We have additional ad units, like Google Anchor Ads, Interstitials and such to also onboard using Prebid.
