Port LittleTiles Mod to Quilt

I'm looking for someone to port the LittleTiles mod from Forge to the Quilt modding platform for personal use.
Key Requirements:
- The core functionality and user interface of the mod need to be preserved in the port.
- The mod should be built just like in LittleTiles.
- No additional features or improvements are needed, I just want an exact port of the mod.
