Port an IOS OpenAI web extension to all other platforms

Problem Description:
The client mode for the AI assistant uses a web extension. Prototypes it only in IOS just to simplify everything. Using the javascript I already created, create the wrappers so it works on chrome

Acceptance Criteria:
Documented in the readme.
A screenshot or moving gif of the feature.
Open source pull request close to merging for at least chrome.
Technical Details.
We use GitHub actions for CI/CD.
We should produce new extensions on tags along with other artifacts.
