Populate Fillable PDFs from Single Web Form
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking for a passionate developer who can help automate a very tedious new employee onboarding process that currently requires employees to complete several Adobe PDFs, one by one, and email them to supervisors for digital signatures (supervisors "sign" the forms using company MFA hardware tokens). Employees must email these forms around the company, collecting digital signatures, before they can get paid. It can total 20-40 digital signatures!
This takes very long, documents are lost in inboxes, tracking progress gets confusing, etc.
Deliverable 1:
I need a smart developer to build a single webpage/form that collects all required information from a new employee and pre-fills/generates the Adobe PDF documents.
Deliverable 2:
The second part of this project is eliminating the tedious process of collecting digital signatures via email. I need someone to design a way for supervisors to review the employee PDFs in the browser and "digitally sign" them without downloading to desktop/signing/uploading/emailing, etc.
I will provide samples of the fillable Adobe PDF forms.
