Using bootstrap 5, create a button with a fontawesome icon and a text title.
When you mouse over the button, have popper (https://popper.js.org) pop-up with a form for button text, button link, button target, and button icon using tool below.

When you make changes on the form, it should update the button.
Also, when you click away from the popper, it should close, and then if you mouse over the button, it should reappear.
