Popover Form Fields from Button

Please see attached file. When you mouse over a button, a popover appears with a form that allows you to change the button icon, button text, button link, and button target.

If you make changes to those fields, and then create a new button, and then mouse over the original button, the form fields reset to default, and they need to show the values from the moused over button.
