Plugin to mix and match products -- 2

Hi,
I need you to create a custom plugin for me to let my customer mix and match my products on my WP website.

The customer must choose between 3 buttons (3 pieces, 5 pieces or 10 pieces box) and add products into the box. Aesthetically, the result must be the same like you see on the previous link.
The minimum pieces that a box must include is 3 and if it's more than 3, it's mandatory that it must be 5 or 10 pieces or a multiplier of 3, 5 or 10. I must be always able to edit these minimum quantities in the plugin dashboard page.
Also, i must be able to setup a shipping rule per each box. For example:
For 3 pieces -> shipment cost is 6€
For 5 pieces -> shipment cost is 6€
For 10 pieces -> shipment cost is 7€
For more than 12 pieces shipment is free.
I must be able to setup and change shipment costs in the plugin dashboard page; this must override normal shipment costs already added into woocommerce.
Also, when i add 1 or more products in the bundle, i must be able to see a sidebar in the right showing me the added products in the box, and the customer must be able to increase each product quantity or remove it. When customer finishes to select products for the box and he clicks on add to cart, he must be able to see a popup that tries to increase quantity of his box (for example: if he choose 3 pieces box, the popup must try to convince him to add 2 more products to sell the 5 pieces or if he choose 5 pieces box, the popup must try to convince him to buy a 10 pieces box, etc.). So he will be able to proceed to cart or to add products in box directly from the popup. Just like happens in the previous link.
