Pine script customization on multiple conditions

Hi - i have multiple conditions that needs to evaluate buy or sell signal on different time zones. So for example, rule 1,2,3 timeframe 10:15 to 14:15, if the condition is not true till 14:15, it will apply rule 4 of buy/sell condition.

This is on cpr range and calculate the different timeframes for different rules
