I'm seeking a talented developer to create a Tool or Chrome extension capable of automatically extracting text from images of IC pin diagrams. This tool should also be able to extract text from multi-page PDFs and support various image formats. The extracted text needs to be organized and stored in a CSV file.
Ideal skills for this project include:
