Payment gateway module -- 2

Looking for someone to develop payment gateway module where customers signup for pay and have their customers pay by PayPal, Stripe, Square autohorize.net. Payments can be one time, recurring. Must handle all error handling, like card expirations for recurring etc. Backend API can be micro service. Develop sample user interface in vue.js to demonstrate payments, recurring payments, refunds etc
