PayloadCMS+Nuxt.js Blog Platform

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to design and develop a frontend blog application using Nuxt.js and PayloadCMS. The application needs to have an aesthetic appeal and follow a modern design style with the shadcn-ui library.
Key Functionalities:
- User Authentication: The application should allow users to register and login securely.
- Content Management System (CMS): This should be based on Payload CMS. It should reach a multi-tenant functionality, where tenant authors can create and edit post drafts, tenant admins can publish or delete posts, add tenant authors, super admins can manage tenants. However posts should be shown on a single website. You can think it as a Medium-like platform.
- Search Functionality: A search functionality should be present to help users find content easily within the application. (Algolia preferred)

- Expertise in Nuxt.js and payloadCMS
- Proven experience with Payload CMS
- Aesthetic sense in design and color scheme
