Paycom Texting Tool Integration

We have recently installed Paycom as our applicant tracking tool. We would like to have a texting capability using Paycom. The workflow we desire is similar to grayscale where you are on the page for the applicant and it synchs the name of the person in the background. Then they allow you to just type directly to the side. Looking for someone that could create that for me at a much lower cost. Grayscale is way too expensive for us.
