Pass URL token to next page

Hello, I have a unique token for every user in the URL which I'd like to pass on to the next page using javascript.
Https://domain.com/?tracker={UNIQUETOKEN}
I'd like to have links on my page which pass this token: {UNIQUETOKEN}
Sample
1. User views webpage via Https://domain.com/?tracker=09328348
2. User clicks link on page which navigates to: Https://domain.com/page2/?tracker=09328348
So I need a script which will read the token from the original URL and then allow me to pass this variable into the URL links on my page.
