Particles Work

I am looking for a developer who can create JS particles work for my website. The desired effect for the particles is floating. I have specific colours in mind for the particles, which I will share with the developer. The ideal developer should have experience in JS particles work and three.js and should be able to create a visually appealing effect. We want a background effect like this site https://preparetopioneer.com/. We only want the particles cloud, not the rotating circles or anything. We need it in javascript so it interacts with the mouse. The code will be checked afterwards.
