Partial SSR Migration for React App

I need assistance moving our Landing Page and Events Page to Server-Side Rendering (SSR) using Next.js. This is to improve SEO and enable dynamic previews of event images as thumbnails in social media links. Note there will be a common Header, Footer, and a few other components across pages.
Requirements:
- Migrate existing pages with a hybrid approach using legacy CRA build files and Next.js for 3 endpoints.
- Generate dynamic metadata for SEO on both pages.
