Part-Time Shift Scheduler

I have already done the back-end part of the project in c# but i am kind of stuck at the javascript on the webpage. the scheduler should handle vertical, horizontal and mixed part-time shifts. I have the vertical and horizontal functions done in a derived class that extends vcalendar to handle the vertical and horizontal ones, it also needs to show a percentage of the working hours left from the rest of the yearly working hours, done in c#. i am not that expert in web development and that's why I need some help finishing this assignment.
