Parse a JSON object, separate all of the departments and add up the award amounts and include a record count using Javascript

See the attached file: I need you to separate all of the records by Organization: such as "dept_type": "NEUROSCIENCES" and add the dollar "award_amount": 368230 for each of the departments and count the records. So I end up with every different department type, the total amount of dollars for each department type and the number of awards per each department type. JavaScript only. No jQuery. This will go into a Vue.js page Please do not low ball bid and jack up the price. My budget is your bid.
