POP UP AUDIO WINDOWS

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a feature for my website that involves pop-up audio windows. The purpose of these windows is to provide background music for the user.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with audio file formats, specifically MP3
- Knowledge of creating pop-up windows and user interaction
Requirements:
- The audio files used will be in MP3 format
- The pop-up audio windows should be designed to play the background music when triggered by the user
- The user should have the option to manually play and pause the audio within the pop-up window
