POC for a new project

I want to create a web app in which i can add savings and current account as well as integrate the crypto account
I have the API's from Binance
We need to do everything on Testnet
The application should also be running on binance node
I have the design ready
Need to start with the project urgently
Need a developer who understand how crypto works
Api integration and who has worked on any banking projects
