PERFX Custom Invoice & Packing List Module -- 2

We need to develop a custom module for perfex crm
that allows us to generate two documents:
1. Invoice
2. Packing List
Main Features Needed:
1. Custom Fields & Calculations
We should be able to add, edit, and manage our own custom fields.
Some fields should be calculated automatically based on formulas (e.g., Total Variable = No. of Variables * Quantity * Variable).
Default system fields should remain unchanged while allowing us to add our own.
2. Field Selection for Each Document
We should be able to choose which fields appear in the final invoice and packing list separately.
Some fields may appear in both, while others may be document-specific.
3. Document Layout & Display Options
We should be able to select the document orientation (Landscape or Portrait) before generating the document.
The system should support a maximum number of fields per document, ensuring readability and proper formatting.
Additional Information
We currently use an Excel sheet to generate invoices and packing lists. The module should replicate its functionality but in a more efficient and automated way.
The module should allow easy customization and flexibility without affecting system defaults.
