PDF Javascript Fillable Form
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
What I require is that the form when submitted needs to be auto renamed: SENSES2ORDER-Account Name or Account Code (whatever the customer enters in that field)-Your Order Ref: (whatever the customer enters in that field).
ie. SENSES2ORDER-Keith-Keith2023
Also I would like the dropdown menu's disabled when form returns but that row of text must be able to be copied.
ie. Row 1 of entered data can be copied - Row 2 of entered data can be copied and so on.
I have had suggestions that we insert Javascript into a folder to enable it to work but this form will be submitted ny over 200 customers externally and is a not possible.
Do you think this can be done using our form.
