PDF Image Add Remove Edits

I have several PDFs that need precise image work. On some pages I only want to delete a graphic that no longer belongs there, on others I have to insert a new JPG or PNG that I will upload to you. In a few spots the existing artwork must stay but be resized, cropped to a tighter frame, or recoloured to match updated brand tones.

All source PDFs have to come back to me with their original text, links and vector elements untouched—only the images should change. You can rely on whatever stack you prefer (Python + PyPDF2 / ReportLab, Adobe Acrobat JavaScript, Ghostscript, etc.) as long as the output is pixel-perfect and the process can be repeated if new files arrive later.

Deliverables
• Final, fully-edited PDFs ready for distribution
• A short note describing exactly what was changed on each page
• If you automate the task, share the runnable script or macro so I can reuse it
