Outlook Add-in Publishing Expert

I need an expert to guide us through publishing our Outlook add-in on App Source.

We currently distribute our add-in using a custom manifest, but want to switch to a scalable model via App Source.

Key Requirements:
- Step-by-step assistance with the publication process
- Help with:
- Submitting the add-in for validation
- Understanding App Source requirements
- Technical requirements and checks
- Submission process and documentation
- Post-submission follow-up and troubleshooting

We already have a Microsoft Partner account but need help progressing beyond this point.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft App Source
- Familiarity with Outlook add-in validation and submission processes
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and documentation
- Ability to create and review submission assets (screenshots, descriptions, etc.)
