Open CV or Tensorflow Setup for Human Detection in Marked Area in CCTV Live Feed

Require someone who can work on OpenCV or Tensorflow to detect Human in a Live Feed. The solution must have the option to mark the desired area where detection should work.

Good to Know: You must have good knowledge of Javascript as the SDK is in Javascript
