Only bid if you have developed Chrome extensions using MV3

Create a simple empty Chrome Extension MV3 that integrates with Stripe (monthly membership) and utilizes Firebase for user authentication and AWS Lambda for stripe payments (membership packages should not be hardcoded within the extension). There should be login, logout button in a popup as well as a function that I can use to push/get a number from/to firebase database and a simple setting that saves one filed to database.

You can use vanilla Javascript or jQuery.

Code should be very clean and well commented. I don't want a copy/paste code as there are lots of solutions and tutorials online.

I need tested code from someone who develop Chrome Extensions for a living.
