Online board game

I am looking for a freelancer to create an online board game called Morabaraba. The game should be multiplayer and single-player playable on a web browser.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in developing online board games
- Mobile friendly

Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in web development languages such as JavaScript (Preferably Type Script and React)
- Backend Preferably .NET or Django
- Familiarity with networking and multiplayer functionality
- Ability to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface

Deliverables:
- A fully functional online Morabaraba game that can be played on a mobile device using web browsers
- Multiplayer functionality that allows random players to play online against each other based on level
- The ability to challenge a friend
- A need to create leaderboards and allow for competitions and tournaments based on levels is required.
- A single-player game against the server is also required
- Clear and concise instructions on how to play the game
- A client-server architecture must be implemented to allow multiple pairs of users to be able to play
