Online Assistant who can write good letters

Hi, I need a remote assistant, who will check the posts of certain website and write letters accordingly.
The hourly rate of this project is 2 ~ 4 USD per hour.
Requirements:
- have some basic programming knowledge like AWS, JS, and Python.
- able to communicate via call.
- available at least two hours per day at requested time.
