Ongoing Software Maintenance Support (not for indian and pakistan)
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m looking for a reliable pair of hands to keep several production applications healthy and evolving. The stack is mixed—JavaScript on the front end, Python micro-services, and a couple of legacy Java modules—so you’ll need to be comfortable jumping between repos and spotting issues quickly.
Here’s the rhythm I’d like to establish:
• Investigate and resolve defects as they pop up, committing clear, well-commented fixes through Git.
• Proactively track performance and stability, suggesting small refactors or configuration tweaks before users notice slow-downs.
• Review pull requests I or other team members create, making sure new code stays consistent with existing patterns.
• When we agree on a minor enhancement, scope it, implement it, and ship behind a feature flag so we can roll out safely.
Acceptance criteria for any task are simple: tests pass, no new warnings in CI, and the relevant part of the codebase is slightly easier to read than before you touched it.
