Ongoing NuxtJS developer required for startup and agency work
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
We have a number of ongoing web application and digital marketing projects and have a need for a talented frontend developer to join the team.
- You should be very confident in using the Nuxt and VueJS frameworks to build apps and static websites using high-quality maintainable code and can provide samples of your solo work
- You understand how to consume REST APIs and handle JWT based authentication with services like Google Firebase / Auth0
- You have a basic understanding of how to separate layout and content for static sites so that end users can maintain content from a CMS (such as Netlify CMS via Nuxt content or similar solutions)
- You should have very fluent English written and verbal communication
- You can work autonomously without needing to be followed up and chased about deliverables from a Trello board and stick to your commitments
- You should be able to identify better ways to implement designed solutions and help give feedback about different libraries or services we can use to develop more efficiently
- You can work on the platform with your real identity without asking to go off-platform, use strange GitHub accounts / have others work in your place.
- You are available to start work for at least 20 hours per week ASAP and consistently work those hours (with reasonable flexibility of course)
- Attend team meetings to organise priorities and discuss solutions
We want to find someone to have a strong long-term relationship with and spend many years working together and the most important quality is to be reliable and honest. Please be upfront about any other commitments and what you can realistically achieve each week and I am sure we can work together effectively.
