One good Agency with react animation that can work fast and work as full time 7days per week

We are working for Dapp development task.
Almost done for dapp and going to next 2 version.
But we will have soon another dapp development also.
So we need correct and serious and honest development team.
We have backend developer/ figma designer / and smart contract developer.
And i am project manager.
I will select only one perfect for react js and animation that can work 7days per week with good motivation.
Only we need good team that can work for figma converting to react js with react animation.
Blockchain or Crowdfundraising develoment history or experience will be plus for us.
