OBS plugin -- 2

I'm looking for a experienced developer to create a OBS Plugin. It should provide a virtual PTZ camera movement to a still shot with a joystick and the client is open to suggestions regarding design and branding. Not sure if ongoing support and updates will be necessary after the plugin is created, so the developer should commit to providing reliable service and ensure that the plugin is functioning correctly. The project should also include detailed documentation for users to understand and use the plugin. If possible, the plugin should be compatible with all the latest versions of OBS. I'm expecting quality work with a reasonable turn around time.
