NodeJS, Websocket, JQuery, Javascript Expert

Looking for NodeJS, Websocket, JQuery expert to segregate GUI/Client data from Server calls and make the page data accessible when user is not connected to internet. e.g. When you login to Gmail, it shows you emails list. When browser becomes offline, you still see the email List. Now if you close the browser and try to open the gmail, it will try to load the whole page from gmail. You can't access even the list you had before. The point is to make it offline accessible. So We do save the Page as HTML, then open that as HTML file. Here Gmail will try to access the new Emails from server, but those which you already saved as html will be visible to you. If there are more emails, they will get appended to existing list (or should work that way). This means, I always open the local HTML file to check my emails, rather than visiting Gmail itself. This way, I don't need to be online for whole time. [I Mention gmail as example, you can try other websites as as gmail is more strict]. Also the websites which I want to make available offline are controlled by us, which means we can modify server response based on our needs.

Let me know if you can do this and only talk about this when you bid. I won't read/care how much experience you have as developer. Its fairly simple task for someone who understands how it works. I have multiple websites, which needs to be made accessible in offline mode.
