NodeJS Script for Converting .epub, .pdf, and .txt files to HTML files

I want to make a browser-based epub/pdf/text viewer that supports annotations
For the first step,
I need a dev to make a nodejs script that can convert epubs, pdfs, and txt files to static html files. I want 1 file for each chapter.
The script should produce a index.html that links to all chapter files.
If a file has no chapters, break the book into 4000 words chapters
Also it should produce a table of contents .json file. The toc.json file lists all the chapter files.
