Nft smart contract

I'm looking for a developer that can write a smart contract on the ethereum blockchain that can generate 5000 unique NFT's based on an algorithm that's coded into the contract.

I will explain the project in more detail below.

We would like to create an ERC20 contract that generates 10,000 unique ERC721 NFT collectibles upon purchase.

We want this contract to be able to interact with a website interface via JavaScript where people will be able to connect their web3 cryptocurrency wallets, and mint a maximum of 20 ERC721 tokens per transaction.

After transaction, the ERC721 tokens are transferred to the wallet of the person who made the purchase.

The algorithm is to create each ERC721 token to be totally unique, by randomly selecting a combination of traits based on 16-32 digit integers within a set of 5 arrays, stored on IFPS.

Within each array are a certain number of traits;

1st Base Mesh - 11 traits
2nd Textures - 9
3rd Colours - 9
4th Visors -9
5th Wings - 9

We would also want to make certain traits rarer than others, so the more rare rare traits the NFT's have, the higher the value.

The NFT's are 3D rendered digital models.
The price is to be 0.08 ETH for each one.
