I would like to build a website for nurses looking for jobs in the united states using Next.js. the goal is that nurses can post a request for a job in a specific field in nursing and be match with recruiters who have that job in the specific field and Area (State, City).
- Recruiters will be able to post their jobs which must have certain requirements and nurses can browse all available jobs per (city, State ).
- Recruiters can create a profile which will have their name, company, experience in recruiting nurses and other healthcare workers.
- also I would like a chat app and that is how members will communicate.
