Next.js animations fixes

I've got a Next.js website which has a slight issue with its scroll behaviour when selecting subcategories.
- When a subcategory is selected, the page doesn't scroll smoothly to it.
- The top title disappears too quickly which makes it seem like there's not enough scrolling. An offset might fix this.
- Finally, when scrolling, there's too much space at the bottom.
